How long have you been in business?
We've been serving breastfeeding families for 13 years. We started as a home-based business and moved into our beautiful store in Ligonier, PA 2 years ago.
What is your primary product or service?
We have wonderful products for new moms and babies. We specialize in products for breastfeeding including nursing bras (32A-48K), nursing apparel, breastpumps, and baby slings. We carry professional grade breast pumps from Medela and Hygeia.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We started Mommy Gear because I wanted great looking clothes to wear while breastfeeding my son Will--and I thought other moms would too.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Mommy Gear is proud to be a Medela Certified Nursing Center, their highest ranking for a Medela breastpump distributor. We offer professional bra fitting, baby sling demos, and breastpump instruction. We also carry a number of stunning baby gift items at our store in Ligonier PA
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and a very active website--www.mommygear.com. We are continually adding products and information to www.mommygear.com. We also offer special promotions to customers on our preferred customer email list.

Take Route 30 to Ligonier. Turn left onto Rt. 711 North in Ligonier (S. Market St.) Historic Fort Ligonier will be on the corner. Take the first right after the Fort onto East Loyalhanna St. Make the first left onto S. St Clair St. We are on the left side of the street.

We see customers at our store in Ligonier and ship everyday all over the U.S.
