Unsatisfied $7000 new HVAC installed/failed from start, Sereno Reck lacks troubleshooting skills, blocked my phone so couldn’t notify them that unit broken, refused to honer labor warranty. Paid another installer $370 for warranty issue. Company is rude, unreliable, unskilled & dishonorable. Verify labor warranty, get all service records, his cellphone #, wait 30 days to pay, & know the BBB. I would not trust this company to change a light bulb.
